Tahiti scores a goal against all odds, does amazing synchronized celebration

Tahiti has no grand ambition in the FIFA Confederations Cup, they’re simply happy to be participating. Tahiti doesn’t have a domestic league like Spain or Brazil, and all of the national team players have full-time jobs other than soccer — defender Teheivarii Ludivion is a professional coconut tree climber. Just getting on the board at the Confederations Cup is a massive achievement for an island of under 200,000, and thanks to some shoddy Nigerian defending, the Tahitians accomplished their goal.

The Tahitian coaches celebrated as if they had won the World Cup, while the players grouped together for a short rowing session.
